There were raw cashew sauce, tomatoes, avocado, and pepper. It was cold pasta. Tomato and avocados were too sour (I think it’s mixed in lemon juice.), but the cashew sauce was delicious.
There were crispy bun, mustard sauce, pickles, tomato, lettuce, mushroom patty, and chili sauce. The cook made a burger first and then baked it in the oven. So the bread was really crispy. It was a delicious burger.
The banana bread was really moist and great.
Hibiscus & mint tea was more like a mint tea. But I really liked it.
It was a tomato sauce pasta full of red pepper and onions. There was a lot of parsley and vegan parmesan cheese on top. It was really tasty.
It was juice with pineapple, cucumber, apple, and lemon. I felt like I was getting healthy.
On top of the carrot cake were sour cashew cream, lime slice, almond, blueberries, dried figs, and lemon slice. The cake was hard, so it was uncomfortable to eat it with a spoon. But it tasted great.
At the top, it was decorated with spinach and cherry tomato. The sliced zucchini was stacked in four layers. From top to bottom, between the zucchini were basil pesto, tomato sauce, and cashew sauce. There were olives and rucola in the cashew sauce part. I wouldn’t be able to eat it without olive.
It was a smoothie with apple, cucumber, spinach, and spirulina. It was like drinking juice. It tasted sweet and really good.
The crust made of dates, buckwheat flakes, coconut flakes was really soft. The caramel cream, chocolate cream with walnuts, chocolate, everything was delicious.
It was a pear, pineapple & mint juice. There were big mint and hemp seeds on the juice. It was really sweet because there was a lot of ripe pineapple.
There were tofu, pepper jam, avocado, hamp seeds, orange, and strawberry on the savory waffle. Pepper jam was like sweet chili sauce. And the waffle contained pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds. It was flavorful.
The waffle was the same. There were banana, strawberry, raspberry, mint, chia seeds, and hemp seeds. It was sweet.
The smoothie contained coconut oil, cocoa, mace, cinnamon, cashew, goji, veggie omega oil, agave syrup, protein powder, and schisandra. It tasted like mostly cinnamon, but good. I don’t know if it’s because of the protein powder, but the texture was grainy.
Inside the pumpkin seeds bun, there were mayonnaise, lettuce, carrots, spinach, patty (quinoa, chickpeas, potatoes, tomatoes, carrot, pepper, garlic, ginger, himalayan salt), cabbage, pickles, tomato, raw button mushrooms, tomato sauce. The bread was not crispy and patty was easily broken, but the burger was excellent.
It is a cake made of cashew, almonds, dates, coconut oil, peppermint, vanilla, cocoa, cocoa butter, spirulina, and agave syrup. The texture was weird. The cake must have been in the fridge for a long time. It wasn’t moist. It was like eating a soft sponge or chewing gum. Other than that, it tasted great.
The lemonade tasted fine even though it didn’t contain sugar. But it tasted like fermented. It wasn’t fresh lemonade.
There were olives, red onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and basil on the pizza. Sweet tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese were good.
It was a cake made of oatmeal, almond, dates, tofu, cashew nut, lemon juice, agave syrup, cocoa butter, Vanilla extract, and blueberry. Of course, I love tofu, so it was tasty.
Grilled oyster mushrooms were chewy. Celeriac sticks were very moist like steamed vegetables.
Garlic cashew dip was just like eating garlic. Beet cashew dip tasted great, but the sauce bowl was very uncomfortable. It was more like a shot glass.
There were spinach, apio celery, parsley, cucumber, broccoli, and leafy greens in the juice. So it didn’t taste good. But it’s good for my body.
